Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

At Jackson Jewelers, we are proud to offer a complimentary lifetime upgrade for both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Any loose natural diamond purchased from Jackson Jewelers can be exchanged for credit equal to its original purchase price when upgrading to a new natural diamond of at least 1.5x greater value. Similarly, any loose lab-grown diamond can be exchanged for credit equal to its original purchase price when upgrading to a new lab-grown diamond of at least 2x greater value.

To qualify for the upgrade, the original diamond must be in saleable condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Please note that upgrades are not available for colored gemstones, including colored natural and lab-grown diamonds, settings, or completed jewelry pieces.

If your new diamond cannot be set in your existing engagement ring, we offer a credit for the original setting based on its gold or platinum content at current market prices. This ensures a seamless upgrade experience tailored to your needs.
