Jewelry Service Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before signing. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you authorize us to perform the requested work on your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs, cleaning, resizing, custom design, or any other specified services.
- Estimates and Approval
All estimates provided are based on the initial inspection of the jewelry. In the event that additional work is required beyond the initial estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional work will be performed without your consent.
- Liability
While we take the utmost care in handling your jewelry, we are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from inherent flaws, pre-existing conditions, or weaknesses in the materials, including but not limited to, gemstones, metal fatigue, or structural integrity. We recommend that all jewelry be insured by the owner prior to service.
- Completion Time
Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. You will be notified of any significant changes to the estimated completion time.
- Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. Full payment is due upon completion of services, prior to the release of the jewelry. We accept [list accepted payment methods].
- Non-Pickup
Items not picked up within 90 days of completion will be subject to storage fees. After 180 days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs, as permitted by law.
- Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of [specify duration, e.g., 90 days] from the date of completion. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Modifications
Any modifications or repairs made by another party after our service will void our warranty. We are not responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized alterations.
- Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during the service process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. You also affirm that you are the legal owner of the jewelry submitted for service.

Notes- We would like every client to fill this out with our shopify so we can gather their information, emails and have them opt in for emails in the future. We can offer a 10% off their first repair or purchase if the opt- in for email marketing and stay opted in. Is there a way to track if somebody opt-in and unsubscribes ? We want to keep people signed up to receive emails and this seems like a good way to collect information
