Receiving Your Jewelry from Jackson Jewelers
At Jackson Jewelers, we provide complimentary insured expedited shipping for all orders. For quickest delivery, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Wednesday through Friday. Once payment is verified, which may take up to 48 hours, your jewelry will be shipped fully insured to ensure its safety during transit. To safeguard your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery, and shipments cannot be rerouted once shipped. Each item is insured against loss, theft, and damage, giving you peace of mind from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.
As most of our jewelry is made to order, delivery timelines will vary depending on the item. Shipments are handled through FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the delivery date specified in your order confirmation or otherwise confirmed by a follow up email directly from Jackson Jewelers. In some cases, items may ship earlier if completed ahead of schedule. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
At Jackson Jewelers, we’ve been part of countless memorable moments for our customers. We understand that jewelry is often given for special occasions, such as surprise engagements. If you need assistance maintaining the element of surprise, let us know. We can arrange for special deliveries, including Saturday service or delivery on a specific date, by calling 503-363-5640. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $35. Note- Saturday delivery is not always available.
Jackson Jewelers is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Jackson Jewelers within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
Orders Placed on:
- Wednesday to Friday: We will make every effort to ship your item as quickly as possible. However, please note that Jackson Jewelers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Saturday: Your item will be shipped the following Monday for quick delivery. We will make every effort to ship your item as quickly as possible. However, please note that Jackson Jewelers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Sunday to Tuesday: Shipped on Wednesday for quick delivery. We will make every effort to ship your item as quickly as possible. However, please note that Jackson Jewelers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Policy by Order Value
- Orders of $1,000 or More: Shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight service at no additional charge. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, overnight shipping may occasionally take up to 2-5 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Refer to the shipping schedule above.
- Orders Below $1,000: Shipped with FedEx 2-day service at no additional charge. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, delivery may take up to 2-6 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- Shipping Upgrades: Additional shipping upgrades are available for an extra fee. For details, please contact a sales representative.
All jewelry will be shipped fully insured for its purchase price, and a signature from an adult at the delivery address is required for delivery.
Important Notes:
- Jackson Jewelers ships only to addresses registered with your credit card company. If you wish to use an alternate address, it must be registered with your credit card provider.
- Jackson Jewelers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Currently, Jackson Jewelers ships only within the United States.
Return Shipping - How to Ship Your Jewelry Back to Jackson Jewelers
Free, insured expedited shipping is available for jewelry being returned or sold to Jackson Jewelers. Upon approved return or accepted sales offer, we will email a prepaid shipping label with instructions on packing your jewelry for return. Following these instructions will ensure your item is fully insured for the purchase price.
Note: Please confirm your current email address with your sales associate to receive the return label.
Important: Jewelry is insured only when shipped using the label provided by Jackson Jewelers. If you choose to ship without using a Jackson Jewelers label, we cannot guarantee any insurance or protection on your item.
How to Ship Your Jewelry:
- Print the shipping label.
- Use two sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
- Place your jewelry, accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), original box, and papers in the first box.
- Place the inner box in a larger outer box.
- Attach the shipping label to the outer box.
- Schedule a pick-up or drop off at an authorized FedEx facility (Walgreens, Dollar General, Staples, etc., are not authorized and will void the package insurance). For help locating an authorized FedEx facility, please contact your team member.
