Case-by-Case Jewelry & Watch Purchasing at Jackson Jewelers:
Currently, Jackson Jewelers is purchasing jewelry and watches on a case-by-case basis. While we are happy to evaluate the items you wish to sell, we reserve the right to decline or defer if we feel the pieces may not suit our clientele’s preferences. Please note the distinction between presenting fewer than 10 items for review and bringing in multiple boxes or bags. The Purchasing Process at Jackson Jewelers
When Jackson Jewelers evaluates your item and determines it may be a good fit for our inventory, we will ask you to leave the piece with us for further inspection and bid evaluation. This process typically takes 5-7 days, during which we carefully assess its quality and determine the value we can offer for your jewelry or watch.
If we reach an agreement, Jackson Jewelers will issue a company check for the agreed amount. As part of the purchasing process, we are required to complete second-hand dealer documentation, which includes obtaining a fingerprint and a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) from the seller.
We encourage you to ask about trading in your item for in-store credit, as it may offer a higher trade-in value than a cash or check payout. Please note that Jackson Jewelers reserves the right to determine whether a payout will be issued in cash or by check, based on availability.
While this process may take a little time, your patience allows us to make a fair offer and ensures your cherished item finds a new home with care and consideration.
Please note: We do not offer on-the-spot cash for gold, jewelry, or watches. If this is your preference, we recommend exploring alternative options.
