Custom Order Policy

Once a custom order is placed online, a team member from Jackson Jewelers will reach out via email or webchat to verify all details and ensure accuracy. This verification process may include confirming finger size, center stone size and shape, metal color, chain or bracelet length, and any other relevant specifications.

To finalize the order, Jackson Jewelers will send a secure text link outlining the final specifications. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the information and clicking the agreement link to confirm the order.

Please review all details carefully before clicking the agreement link. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

 

Custom Order Timeframes

Custom order timeframes vary depending on the item, designer & specifics of the order. After your order is placed, Jackson Jewelers will work closely with the designer to determine an estimated delivery timeframe and relay this information to you. In some cases, estimated timeframes will be provided on the item page in advance.

Please note that in certain situations, production timelines may change. While we strive to adhere to the stated timeframe, our team is committed to keeping you informed and ensuring your beautiful custom piece is completed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
