Ring Resizing on New Purchases

Resizing: (New Purchase)

Within 50 days, we will resize your ring for free. The 50-day policy begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.

What rings cannot be resized?

• Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. Please contact us for more information on solutions.
• Alternative metals (such as tantalum, titanium, tungsten or ceramic) cannot be resized but they can be exchanged for a different size under our 15-day policy.
• Certain Engagement and diamond ring due to design. 
• Certain Men's Wedding rings due to design. 
• Typical size adjustment is up or down approximately 2 finger sizes. Anything outside of that will need to be exchanged or further discussed with your Jackson Jewelers advisor. 

Outside of the 50-day free resize period, rings can be resized for a fee, as long as they're within the recommended sizing range.
