Jewelry Warranty

Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited Warranty on Jewelry Purchases

At Jackson Jewelers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all Jackson Jewelers fine jewelry.

If your piece sustains damage due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an evaluation. We may request photos to determine if the issue qualifies under warranty. For customers within the U.S., we provide free return labels if shipping from out of state.

Common issues covered under the 2-year limited warranty include:

  • A small side diamond falling out due to improper setting work.
  • Discoloration of metal with no apparent cause. (Note: Frequent exposure to hot tubs or swimming pools can cause metal discoloration; we recommend removing jewelry for these activities.)
  • A center stone coming loose without any apparent cause.
  • Cracks in the gallery or shank of a ring with no evident reason.

All warranty claims are subject to Jackson Jewelers' evaluation and approval.

Wear & Tear Policy

Please note that all fine jewelry is subject to normal wear, particularly rings, which are more prone to wear from daily use. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. It also excludes damage resulting from a failure to complete recommended repairs that maintain the integrity of your jewelry.

For repairs not covered under our 2-year limited warranty, we will provide a detailed quote for your approval before any work is performed. If you decline the repair, you will be responsible for any shipping costs. If we identify a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
Please note: Any repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than Jackson Jewelers will void this warranty.

Common Issues Not Covered Under the Warranty

  • Discoloration of metals caused by exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Natural wear of metals and prongs over time, which may require restoration.
  • Prongs wearing out or bending from daily use, potentially leading to gemstone loss.
  • Loss of gemstones due to damage or wear over time.

Independent Jewelry Insurance

We strongly recommend maintaining independent insurance coverage to protect against significant damage, loss, or theft. For your convenience, we’ve provided a link to Jewelers Mutual, where you can insure your jewelry. An appraisal will be required for coverage.
