Watch Warranty

Watch Warranty:

At Jackson Jewelers, we are dedicated to offering pre-owned timepieces of the highest standard. Each watch purchased with us is protected by either an OEM warranty or our Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited Warranty, unless specified otherwise. *Certain exclusions apply, including for vintage watches.

Repairs

Jackson Jewelers provides a limited warranty on all pre-owned watches sold through our website. These timepieces come with a minimum two-year warranty from the date of purchase, as indicated on the sales receipt or any other proof of purchase.

Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited-Service Warranty

If any issue arises with a warrantied product due to work or parts provided by Jackson Jewelers, and it occurs within the two-year period following the sale, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any damaged components or correct any faulty repairs. Once a repair is completed, the watch will be covered by our two-year service warranty from the date of retrieval by the owner or shipment from Jackson Jewelers.

Restrictions and Conditions: What Is Not Covered

Certain conditions apply to our two-year limited-service warranty. The warranty does not cover parts we did not service, basic quartz watch services, water or shock damage, any form of abuse, or misuse beyond the intended use of the timepiece. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded from this warranty. Any service performed by a third party, unauthorized opening of the product, or addition of non-original parts (excluding straps or bracelets) will void the warranty. Jackson Jewelers reserves the right to determine the applicability of its warranty on a case-by-case basis.

Our warranties do not cover vintage watches. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, parts may be unavailable, and repairs may not always be feasible. Please ask if your watch purchase receives a Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited-Service Warranty.

Pre-Owned Watches Under Remaining OEM Warranty

OEM- Original Equipment Manufacturer

If the remaining OEM warranty on a purchased timepiece is less than two years from the date of purchase, Jackson Jewelers will assume responsibility for the warranty once the OEM warranty expires, covering the timepiece for up to two years from the date of purchase.

For warranty claims on timepieces still under OEM warranty, Jackson Jewelers will submit the claims to the OEM for evaluation. The terms and conditions of the OEM's warranty will apply. If a watch returns from OEM service with an issue outside the scope of the OEM service warranty but within our two-year warranty period, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component.
