Jackson Jewelers is currently buying fine jewelry and diamonds on a case-by-case basis. While we are happy to evaluate pieces you wish to sell, we may pass on purchasing items that do not align with our believed client's taste.  Please review the details below for further information.

We welcome a variety of jewelry from private collections, including diamond heirlooms, loose natural diamonds, unique gold jewelry, and other items of distinctive quality. If you are interested in trading in your jewelry for something new, Jackson Jewelers occasionally offers trade-in options toward items in our collection. The Jewelry Purchasing Process at Jackson Jewelers

If Jackson Jewelers determines that your item could be a valuable addition to our collection, we may ask to retain it for 5-7 days to conduct a comprehensive assessment and determine our offer. Upon reaching an agreement, Jackson Jewelers will issue a company check for the agreed amount. Please note that as part of the process, we are required to complete second-hand dealer documentation, which includes a government-issued ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) and a fingerprint.

Please note that we do not offer on-the-spot cash for gold or jewelry. For those seeking immediate cash, alternative options may be more suitable.
