At Jackson Jewelers, we provide complimentary insured expedited shipping for all orders. Orders can be placed at any time but we will not ship your item until payment has been verified. Once payment is verified, which may take up to 48 -72 hours, your Jewelry item will be shipped fully insured to ensure its safety during transit. To safeguard your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery, and shipments cannot be rerouted once shipped. Each item is insured against loss, theft, and damage, giving you peace of mind from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Delivery timelines for Jewelry items vary based on availability, with shipments handled through FedEx. Once your payment is verified, Jackson Jewelers will contact you to schedule your secure delivery of your new item.

At Jackson Jewelers, we’ve been part of countless memorable moments for our customers. We understand that Jewelry is often given for special occasions, such as birthdays, Christmas or life milestone celebrations. If you need assistance maintaining the element of surprise, let us know. We can arrange for special deliveries, including Saturday service or delivery on a specific date, by calling 503-363-5640. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $35-$100 based on value of item. Note: Saturday delivery is not always available.

Jackson Jewelers is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Jackson Jewelers within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

 

Shipping Policy by Order Value

  • Orders of $1,000 or More: Shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight service at no additional charge. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, overnight shipping may occasionally take up to 2-5 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Refer to the shipping schedule above.
  • Orders Below $1,000: Shipped with FedEx 2-day service at no additional charge. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, delivery may take up to 2-6 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

All items will be shipped fully insured for their purchase price, and a signature from an adult at the delivery address is required for delivery.

 

Important Notes:

  • Jackson Jewelers ships only to addresses registered with your credit card company. If you wish to use an alternate address, it must be registered with your credit card provider.
  • If you pay by wire transfer, we can ship to any address you suggest. No restrictions.
  • Jackson Jewelers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Currently, Jackson Jewelers ships only within the United States.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges For Jewelry Purchases:

At Jackson Jewelers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your Jewelry purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, with most returns and exchanges conveniently handled in person over the phone or email. Please note that the return and exchange policy period begins once your purchased item is shipped or picked up in person.

What Jewelry Products Aren't Eligible for Return?

  • Orders outside of our 15-day return policy
  • Items on Layaway- Your 15 day return policy begins on the day you place your item on Layaway. If the item extends past the 15 day return period while on layaway it is no longer eligible for return. 
  • Rings (including engagement rings) in women’s finger sizes smaller than size 4 and larger than size 8. Men’s finger sizes smaller than size 8 and larger than size 11. Rings in other sizes, which are special orders, cannot be refunded but may be resized.
  • Rings that have been resized or modified either by Jackson Jewelers or by another Jeweler.
  • Engraved fine jewelry (a $200 fee applies to remove custom engraving if returning an engraved ring).
  • Personalized fine jewelry, such as name necklaces, mother’s rings, etc.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Custom-designed Jewelry – Any jewelry item that has been custom designed for you including Engagement rings, pendants, bracelets, earrings, necklaces ect.
  • Any orders that were altered while in process.
  • Please note: If an item is purchased with a Shopping Promo Code at the point of checkout, the sale is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. In addition, if purchased in our On Sale collection, all sales are final. (final sale, non-returnable).

 

Exchanging Your Item for Another Item
As long as the item is within the 15-day return period and in unworn, new condition, you are allowed to return it in exchange for another item. The exchange can be for an item in-store, or we can review and order an item of your liking to be either delivered in-store or mailed to you. Refund Rules

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection by our experts. If your purchase involved a trade-in item (watch, jewelry, or gold), the trade-in value will be refunded as in-store credit. If you paid the remaining balance in cash, Jackson Jewelers will refund up to $200 in cash, with the rest issued by company check. For credit card payments, the refund will be applied to the same card used for the purchase.

 

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or returning.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed. It may take 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Free, Insured Return Shipping

Jackson Jewelers provides complimentary, insured expedited shipping for returns or sales of jewelry and watches. Once your return or sale has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your item is fully insured for its purchase or stated value.

Important: Ensure your sales team associate has your current email address to send the return label.

How to Ship Your Jewelry:

  1. Print Your Shipping Label: Ensure you have the prepaid label provided by us.
  2. Packaging Your Jewelry items:
    • Use two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
    • Place your watch and any accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.) in the original box.
    • Place the original box into the larger outer box.
    • Affix the shipping label to the outer box.
    • Drop off your package at an official authorized FedEx staffed shipping facility. (Note: Walgreens, Dollar General, Staples, and similar locations are not authorized and will void the insurance. Contact us for help finding a location if needed. 
    • Include any promotional gifts received with your purchase.
    • Seal the box securely, mark out any old addresses or barcodes, and affix the FedEx label to the outside. Avoid indicating that the package contains valuable items.
  3. Returning Your Package:
    • Locate the nearest Official FedEx staffed shipping location (Click here to find nearest Authorized FedEx location.)
    • Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and for insurance purposes. Jackson Jewelers and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.

 

Note: Full insurance is guaranteed only when using our provided shipping label and following the packaging instructions, including double boxing.

Jewelry Warranty

Jackson Jewelers 2-year Limited Warranty on Jewelry Purchases.

At Jackson Jewelers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all Jackson Jewelers' fine jewelry.

If your piece sustains damage due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an evaluation. We may ask you to send us a photo beforehand to determine if it’s an item we feel is under warranty.  For customers within the US we provide free return labels if out of state.

For repairs not covered under our 2-year limited warranty, we will provide a detailed quote for your approval before any work is performed. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, we will ask you to cover the return shipment cost of your item. If a manufacturing issue is found, Jackson Jewelers will repair the damage or replace the item at no charge. Please note that any repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Jackson Jewelers will void this warranty.

Please be aware that all fine jewelry is subject to normal wear, and rings, in particular, may experience wear due to daily use and activities. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. It also excludes damage or loss resulting from a failure to address repairs needed to maintain the integrity of your jewelry.

Common issues not covered under the manufacturing warranty include:

  • Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Natural wear of precious metals and prongs over time, which may require restoration.
  • Prongs wearing out or bending from everyday use, leading to a gemstone falling out.
  • Loss of a gemstone due to damage or wear over time.

We also strongly recommend maintaining independent insurance coverage to protect against significant damage, loss, or theft. See attached Link to Jewelers Mutual where you can get your Jewelry item Insured. An appraisal will be needed for this.
